I’ve been having a really good, relaxing day so far. It’s the first day off that I’ve had in a very long time and I put it to good use I think.
I talked to my best friend from my hometown for 45 minutes on the phone, and then I skyped with my boyfriend for over and hour. I made myself breakfast and lunch AND I made guacamole for later on AAAAND most importantly, I completed my first application to culinary school!
I have an appointment on Thursday, December 1st at 11:00 AM to visit the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. My big sister is coming with me so I’m VERY excited.
Oh and I left my admissions representative 2 very long and awkward voicemails so I’m sure she’ll remember me.
I haven’t really done very much today but I still feel accomplished.
